Barn Conversion – (Ron Davies)

Client Brief: "To create a watertight shell to a barn with a new roof, liaising with other contractors for land excavation and drainage, guttering and fitting of shutters.

• 16 openings to be made ranging from 80x60 to 220x280
• External pointing to the stonework
• Internal block walls
• 2 New 20m2 terraces
• Demolish a terracotta wall and re build in stone

Our client was based in Hong Kong throughout the build and so it was important that he was kept well informed with photos on a regular basis and that he had confidence in James to liaise with the other artisans when needed.
